With every notarized document, we will either use an “Acknowledgement” or a “Jurat” form (and in most cases, documents bear a notary section). We also certify copies of ID cards, passports and other important documents with a “Copy Certification by Document Custodian” form. 
We also notarize most foreign-language documents.
